A support contract is peace of mind for your business. It guarantees a callout either within 3 hours, 8 hours or next day depending upon which contract is purchased.
Contracts remove the need to pay for call out rates and hourly charges, while ensuring reliable and prompt support and resolutions. Time spent onsite is deducted from the total minutes remaining until they are used up, and your minutes have no yearly expiration on them, unlike most other IT support companies!

Here is a quick example. Let us say your network went down one day. If you were on the Silver Scheme (8.5 hours / 510 mins), we would be out within 4 hours to your company. Minutes start when we walk through the door, and finish when we leave. There is no call out charge or time. If the network is fixed in 29 minutes lets say, your remaining time would be 481 minutes (510 - 29). Repeat until your minutes expire.
